Our direct client is looking for someone that is at a lead developer level with Java. This resouce would join an existing candidate we already have on the floor there (extra work is needing to get done). They are building out a new application heavily leveraging the Spring framework (core, data, cloud, boot, etc). Client 'might' consider remote resources -- something like start onsite for 2-3 weeks and then work remote if they are already in commute distance of the Milwaukee location (remote from non-commute distance wont work probably) AND they are rockstars w/ Java/REST. Given the openess to partial remote, we'll limit candidates to those in the local area currently for starters.

Location: Milwaukee, WI. Client is open to 80% remote work per week. Local candidates only.
Compensation: Up to $75.00/hr in a c2c/1099 structure. Limited W2 structure also possible but rate drops to $65.75/hr gross. We say gross as the limited w2 rate shown is before employer/employee taxes (not take home; take home would be lower as its after employee taxes which vary).
Payment Terms: Bi-Weekly invoice, NET 45 payment off invoice.
