In short, our end client is looking to build out their DevOps team and processes. This is really a green field for the client (not much there around DevOps tools/processes). As such they are looking to fill this position via a direct hire or a contract-to-hire resource. Role would involve the resource leading all aspects of the full DevOps toolchain not to mention the supporting organziational aspects (three ways, lean, kaizen, post-mortems, etc.). The right candidate could start immediately once background check completes.

** Note, slightly more in depth interview process than usual given the degree of leadership this role will have. Starts with a 30-minute tech screen via webex. If that goes well a 90 minute technical and work history (from resume) interview. If that goes well there is final coding excercise with the tech lead (peer programming excercise). **
