In short, our agent has a client that has been looking for this resource for a bit.  Candidates supplied to date haven't had enough of a 'tactical' focus around supply chain (too strategic).  Ideal candidate is in the trenches analyzing the supply chain in depth at a client and making recommendations on the same.   Candidates w/ a procurement focus are not a good fit.
