In short, one of our largest direct clients is looking to add a "BI Intelligence Analyst" to their existing team.  Role would own several large marketing programs for the client focusing on mining for trends in consumer behavior to increase effectiveness of the programs.   The client is a 'consultative' organization that builds custom solutions based on this product and then supports their client on that custom implementation long term (hence the consultative / project / firm deadline feel to work).  Resources wear multiple hats (BA, Dev, QA, etc.) as they execute within lean teams.  This role is an ongoing need (so could go for some time).  In short, if you know your stuff in the reporting domain -- look no further.

Increases rate max to 76 (from 66; up 10) but candidate would have to be extremely experienced (executive ba skills, practical power bi hands on technical depth, etc.). Continue to source based on that.

Candidate was knowledgeable on theoretical aspects, but hands-on practical application of some of those concepts was not very impressive."
