In short, our agent has a client that is migrating a variety of systems on the AWS and Azure clouds.  They would like to bring on someone to help drive this.   Jenkins and Chef are to aspects of the stack they highlighted.  Someone that has validated a cloud stack is ready for the applications and associated loads is key.  You can see the other skills in the qualification section below.
