In short, the end client is wanting to add a lead to the network automation infrastructure team they have internally. In addition to hands on delivery, the client wants this role to also mentor their internal staff as well as lead certain aspects of their efforts (so prior mentoring/lead roles are of value). Ansible seems to be core to what they are trying to do. Bonus points if candidate is open to contract-to-hire (but contract only is fine).

** update 2/1 -- Still going. Looking back the only candidate that got traction (offer) was an 11 year DevOps (AWS) candidate w/ CI/CD focus (some Ansible back in 2015). Candidate also had above average detail around configuration management in DevOps role with 'some' networking in cloud setting (subnets, etc.). **
