This client is looking for a strong practitioner with 5 or more years of business requirements elicitation, documentation, stakeholder communication, requirements verification and testing as a primary job responsibility. Preference will be given for candidates will experience in gathering requirements for data warehouse/business intelligence projects.
This position is for a dedicated DW Business Analyst -- please do not submit ETL developers for this role. Preference will be given to candidates with State Government experience.

SKILLS - MAJORITY REQUIRED:
Demonstrated experience in the design and utilization of performance measures and reports to manage inventory, analyze cost, and maximize return on investment of monetary and human resources.
Business processes improvement
Standardized processes and procedures implementation
Ability to develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures including test/use cases
Data flow diagramming
Knowledge of Kimball data warehouse design principals
Participate in design reviews
Familiarity with state privacy statutes

Compensation: Up to $64.00/hr in a c2c/1099 structure. Limited W2 structure also possible but rate drops to $56.50/hr gross. We say gross as the limited w2 rate shown is before employer/employee taxes (not take home; take home would be lower as its after employee taxes which vary).
Payment Terms: Bi-Weekly invoice, NET 45 payment off invoice.
