In short, our agent has a client that currently has some issues with a failed migration to O365. So they are looking for a senior engineer to come in and assess what needs to be done (so duration could go much longer than 2 months if the candidate is the right fit). Prior to the migration attempt they were on Exchange 2016. One of the biggest issues with the migration was around Calendar Sync -- so if your candidate has history with that its a double bonus.

Compensation: Up to $72.50/hr in a c2c/1099 structure. Limited W2 structure also possible but rate drops to $63.75/hr gross. We say gross as the limited w2 rate shown is before employer/employee taxes (not take home; take home would be lower as its after employee taxes which vary) plus expenses.
