The selected candidate for this position will be responsible for doing both OnBase infrastructure and OnBase solution development projects. In addition to projects, the selected candidate will also be responsible for doing ongoing OnBase operational activities such as problem and change management, routine OnBase administrative functions, etc.

Note:  The following certifications are required: OnBase Certified System Administrator or OnBase Certified Installer AND OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator or OnBase Certified Workflow Engineer certification.

  • #1 - Hyland OnBase 5+ years. OnBase Certification AND OnBase Workflow certification required. OnBase WorkView certification is desired.

  • Problem/incident management
  • Ability to develop user documentation and perform training
  • Experience in SQL Server; database design, T-SQL, stored procedures, and views
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, analysis tools, operating systems, mainframes, software, security controls, and security concepts.
  • Knowledge of project management, conflict resolution, and incident escalation.
  • Experience supporting Electronic Document Management Systems
  • Familiarity and knowledge of IT systems applications as they relate to electronic records
  • Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, and IMS.
  • Create detailed user documentation to facilitate the transfer of knowledge
