Basically our agent's end client is seeking a long term Sharepoint Technical Lead.  Someone that has worked with all its recent versions (2010, 2013, 2016 / o365) on premise and in the cloud.  The role would involve migrating legacy collaboration solutions like Notes onto the platform (so exposure driving that type of work would be of value as well).  Lastly, the resource needs to be comfortable with delivering solutions via configuration of Sharepoint (workflows, lists, etc.) as well as customization (web parts, etc.).
