Our direct client redesigns business processes, develops and deploys robotic process automation scripts and implements advanced financial and operational analytics to its customers. These activities streamline or replace current manual business processes, resulting in improved customer experience, regulatory compliance and significant productivity improvements.  Your role will be to work directly with this firm’s customers to map business processes, recommend process changes, identify opportunities to automate certain elements of these business processes and design operational and financial reporting to monitor process performance.  Candidates with financial services (banking, insurance) and contact center experience go to the front of the line.

TARGET PROFILES

(in order of desirability)

  • #1 - Business Analyst 7+ years, Financial Services 3+ years. Experience with process re-engineering/process mapping and working knowledge of Six Sigma DMAIC concepts 2+ years
  • SKILLS - CORE:

  • BA roles with full SDLC (requirements elicitation, analysis, testing, documentation, etc.)
  • Process analysis, improvement and documentation skills
  • Identify opportunities, make recommendations, and implement solutions to improve efficiency of business processes through software enhancements
  • Experience with process re-engineering/process mapping and working knowledge of Six Sigma DMAIC concepts
  • SKILLS - MAJORITY REQUIRED:

  • Software development experience
  • Currently live within 75 miles of Milwaukee, WI (or could relocate)?
  • Domain -- Financial services (banking, insurance)
  • Domain -- Inbound contact centers (any industry)
  • Experience with leading RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism), BMP software (e.g., Pegasystems, IBM) or Business Intelligence software (e.g., MS PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prepare technical documentation such as design specifications, flow charts, and data flow diagrams to communicate software delivery, updates, and enhancements.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning and synthesizing knowledge quickly.
  • SKILLS - ALSO CONSIDERED:

  • 1st Language English or equivalent (i.e. 8 years in US, AUS, Singapore, Europe, etc.)
