In short, our end client wants to add 2-5 resources to their team.  Target skills are Angular, Java, and Spring.  The hiring manager and stakeholders are based in Wichita, KS (hence the bias to candidates who will work there) but candidates that are a perfect fit they would consider someone that worked in Minneapolis, MN.
