In short, the end client is seeking someone to join their team for 6-12+ months as they work to deliver/support a commercial product of theirs. Candidate must have C#, .NET, and WPF as the role will focus mostly on the desktop component of the software based in C#/WPF (there is also a web/mobile component but this role isn't as engaged on that). Ideally the candidate will be currently in Minneapolis but we might consider non-local candidates if they can relocate at their cost. End client will consider 'some' remote possibly after candidate settles in BUT the majority of the time will need to be onsite (so 1 day a week at home perhaps after 1st month, etc.).
