This client seeks an experienced PeopleSoft PM to prepare planning deliverables related to a future state support model for a new cloud-based administrative system to be deployed systemwide. 

A preplanning project has been initiated by the University System Administration to prepare for a multi-year transformation of their  Oracle/PeopleSoft finance and human resource operations across the System. The preplanning for the project must establish a structure that ensures the statutory and management requirements of a single finance and HR system are met, including future-state support model and service delivery. 

NOTE -- A minimum of three references must be uploaded with resume. Identified references must be able to speak to candidate's prior cloud and/or on-premise ERP implementation experience.

  • #1 - Pplsft PM 8+ years. Implementations of cloud-based finance, human resource and/or student information systems 5+ years
  • SKILLS - CORE:

  • PeopleSoft -- PM
  • Experience leading a major program implementation with multiple, concurrent projects, program oversight reflecting the overall status, risks, issues, needs, schedules for managing and implementing a high-risk, high visibility program initiative.
  • Provide Three Work References -- client requires references to be shared on submission. Name, phone, email, company, role. Ideally someone candidate reported to.
  • SKILLS - MAJORITY REQUIRED:

  • Cloud based finance implementations
  • Cloud based human resource implementations
  • Cloud based Student information system implementations
  • Experience working in higher education
  • Demonstrated competence in guiding an organization in preparing agency staff to adopt policy, business processes, IT, and other changes as needed to effectively implement a new major IT system.
  • Experience and competence in assembling and managing a team of experts from a variety of disciplines and organizational levels to develop solutions to wide-ranging and sophisticated business challenges.
  • Expertise in implementation of large and complicated models and processes in extensive, multi-function education and government environments.
  • Management of large projects
