In short, the end client is looking to bring on a data analytics engineer to assist them with data analytics work in process. For example resource would:
- Write TSQL queries and stored procedures to profile and extract data from source systems
- Create Tabular models using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), including DAX queries
- Create Power BI reports
- Work at the direction of a a Technical Architect (aka “tech lead”) and Scrum Master
