In short, the end client here is looking to add to an existing team chartered to redesign its main corporate website.  This site is a pretty complex business-to-consumer solution with static and dynamic aspects as well as a variety of content management.  Currently the dynamic aspects are being delivered via .NET.    Individuals with usability background are a plus.
