Th person in this role plans, designs, develops, tests, implements, and modifies OnBase solutions. Experience in requirements gathering and solution analysis is required. On-the-job experience in the field, including developing document types, keywords, queries, reports, forms, import processes, and Workflow solutions independently, is required. Ability to provide on-going OnBase technical support, including daily incident, change management, and system administration responsibilities required. Strong in writing custom queries in Oracle and SQL Server.

  • Experience implementing documents with workflows
  • Experience migrating from Image plus to IBM Content Manager
  • Experience in SQL Server; database design, T-SQL, stored procedures, and views
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, analysis tools, operating systems, mainframes, software, security controls, and security concepts.
  • Knowledge of project management, conflict resolution, and incident escalation.
  • Experience supporting Electronic Document Management Systems
  • Familiarity and knowledge of IT systems applications as they relate to electronic records
  • Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, and IMS.
  • IBM Content Manager
  • Create detailed user documentation to facilitate the transfer of knowledge
