The person in this role provides expert level technical assistance in support and preparation of desktop supported applications and hardware. Requires extensive knowledge of and experience with desktop technology including, but not limited to, desktop operating systems, Google Chromebooks, desktop applications, desktop hardware, laptop systems, desktop printer support, PDAs and other supported wireless devices and peripherals. This person receives escalated level support issues from Helpdesk, the Enterprise Support Center and will help support projects rolling out new hardware. Travel is required (20%).
Note -- This is a combination of both remote and onsite work, though onsite will have a bulk of the time.
