May be responsible for coordinating the display of graphics and the production of the document.  Ability to troubleshoot/Document network and desktop communications

  • #1 - Tech Writing 5+ years. Willing and able to work onsite in Madison, WI post Covid restrictions.

  • Experience in Technical Writing and Documentation
  • Ability to develop user documentation and perform training
  • This position is telecommute due to Covid-19. Candidate is willing and able to work onsite in Madison, WI once circumstances allow.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy, detail, and follow-through; punctual and meets deadlines; effectively prioritizes tasks to meet expectations.
  • Document design format and editing
  • Design user training -- draft informational and educational materials
  • Document Standards development
  • Information synthesis and organization
  • Publication tools selection and use
  • Ability to document procedures, processes, guidelines, and data dictionaries for technical and non-technical users.
  • Experience developing system documentation
  • Troubleshoot/Document network and desktop communications
