In this role you will support the design and delivery of enterprise analytics solutions associated with an Analytics Strategy and Roadmap, which includes: migration to a cloud architecture and toolset; implementation of enterprise data management tools; rearchitecting curated data models around integrated cross-domain insights; new delivery of previously unavailable data domains; and building the framework for future expansion into unstructured data exploration, data mining, predictive analytics, and other advanced data science use cases.

You will perform discovery and scoping activities for prioritized projects; lead subject-matter experts through requirements elicitation/documentation; facilitate iterative design/prototyping sessions; document functional specifications and ensure alignment with technical specifications; documents test cases, test solutions, facilitate user acceptance testing, troubleshoot/ document issues, and coordinate fixes/enhancements through to production deployment.

TARGET PROFILES

  • #1 - Systems Analyst 5+ years. Enterprise analytics solutions 3+ years. Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR/Finance/Student ERP back-end data structures required.

    • SKILLS - MAJORITY REQUIRED:

  • Analytical/problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, and organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Proven record of process improvement strategies and implementation
  • Demonstrated expertise in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise data analysis and query tools: e.g., Tableau, TOAD, OBIEE, Cognos, PowerBI, Hadoop, R/Python
  • Document tasks, user stories, workflow processes, and use cases, ensuring requirements and to-be state are satisfied
