As a member of the Technical Support Team, this person will travel to courthouses throughout Wisconsin in support of computer hardware implementations, equipment upgrades, and field service. They will also take rotating shifts working in the call center, where they will provide professional in-person technical support to our users. This position involves roughly 50% in-state travel and 50% in-housework. The selected candidates must have excellent verbal communications skills, will have a valid Wisconsin driver license, and must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
