This is a senior technical role directly involved with software development and implementation, supporting technical decisions made at the application level and evaluating specific technical implementations within an overall systems architecture.  Within a solution, you will evaluate how to best meet requirements for customization, configuration, and integration.  Across solutions, this role will help determine the best technical location for new functionality and data analysis or storage.   You will implement and review development work and is heavily hands-on, participating as a senior developer and code reviewer on project teams.

This role will have direct responsibility for building and supporting automated testing, both in code (e.g., unit testing frameworks like JUnit, or JavaScript test frameworks like Jest) and in external testing frameworks like ReadyAPI, TestComplete, and Selenium.  This support may include implementing these frameworks, writing tests within these frameworks, and helping other developers and quality assurance staff use these frameworks. It may also include integrating automated testing within GitHub pipelines or other CI/CD processes.  Experience translating business use cases or functional requirements into test cases or scenarios is highly desired (e.g., BDD or TDD).
