This position is responsible for helping the executive leadership team develop departmental strategy and then help to define strategic initiatives from that strategy. This is a business focused project manager position and not a technical position.
Candidate must be able to facilitate business group discussions in a professional manner in a decision-making environment. Responsible for assembling and managing working teams that are business focused. Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers. Assists and partners with senior management of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities that achieve the goals of the enterprise.
Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is preferred. Experience with projects in multiple business functions that required organizational change is preferred.
Hybrid work model: 3 days remote, 2 days onsite required.
