In short, the end client is looking to bring on an IVR engineer originally as a contractor but with hopes of converting the resource to a full-time employee after six months if everything works out.  At the start work can be 100% remote, but ideally, candidates will be open to relocating to Minneapolis at some point in the future (nice to have).
