In short, the end client is seeking one resource of this type. The role's primary function is to design, develop, implement, and support analytics based on the MSFT BI (Power BI) stack. Bonus points if you have some Enterprise Data Modeling background. We had a candidate in the role that had to go on a leave of absence, so we have good odds for exclusive backfill if we can find someone similar to that resource (10+ years overall, starting as SQL Developer, 5+ years with Power BI the last two in a lead capacity).

Compensation: Open rate, come back w/ your quote in a 1099/c2c structure. Limited W2 structure also possible but rate drops to $80.00/hr gross. We say gross as the limited w2 rate shown is before employer/employee taxes (not take home; take home would be lower as its after employee taxes which vary).
Payment Terms: Bi-Weekly invoice, NET 30 payment off invoice.
