In this role you will be responsible for documenting this client's current state of IT policy and procedures, identifying gaps, and developing plans for updating/creating IT policy, processes, and procedures. You will lead IT policy and procedure development with subject matter experts. You will plan, develop, and assist in the coordination and communication of new policies and procedures and will be involved with preparing for compliance audits, participating in the audits, and working with a team to remediate findings.
